Salesforce Developer w/ Omni script and Health Cloud Specialist

• Location: Remote.
• Experience Required: 8+ years in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years specializing in Health Cloud and OmniScripts.
• Contract Duration: 12 months (expected).

Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with OmniScript and Health Cloud expertise to join our team. This role focuses on designing and developing custom Salesforce solutions that enhance healthcare workflows and improve patient and provider experiences.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Optimize Solutions: Build custom Salesforce solutions leveraging Health Cloud and OmniScripts to improve healthcare workflows.
• Integration & Customization: Customize Salesforce Health Cloud objects, flows, and components while integrating with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Health Cloud Implementation: Implement FHIR API, EHR integrations, care management, and patient-provider communication solutions.
• Performance & Maintenance: Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and optimized for high performance while troubleshooting issues.
• Collaboration & Agile Development: Work closely with stakeholders, analysts, and solution architects, contributing to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
• 3+ years of experience with Health Cloud and OmniStudio/OmniScripts.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
• Experience with healthcare data compliance (e.g., HIPAA) and EHR integrations (FHIR).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional, OmniStudio Developer, Platform Developer I/II certifications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git, Copado, Gearset).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
