The Opportunity
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Salesforce Platform team, you will take ownership of complex, high-impact Salesforce initiatives that support Ford Energy's customer relationship management, partner enablement, service operations, and energy program management functions in a B2B environment. You'll act as a technical leader and architect within the team - setting engineering standards, guiding design decisions, and mentoring other engineers - while remaining hands-on in building scalable, high-performing solutions. This is an opportunity to shape the technical direction of a rapidly growing platform at the intersection of enterprise software and clean energy innovation.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to mid-level and junior engineers; conduct design/code reviews and foster a culture of engineering excellence
