Salesforce Development Lead –
6 month Contract-to-Hire (W2 only)

We are seeking a Salesforce Development Lead to drive the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions within a banking environment. This role combines hands-on development, solution architecture, technical leadership, and AI-driven innovation across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and development across Financial Services Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, and Agentforce
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions
  • Design and implement AI-powered workflows, automation, and Agentforce capabilities
  • Architect integrations, APIs, event-driven solutions, and enterprise data models
  • Establish development standards, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices
  • Lead DevOps initiatives, including CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and environment management
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure platform stability and performance
  • Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Salesforce development leadership experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, OmniStudio, and Data Cloud
  • Experience designing enterprise solutions using Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
  • Strong understanding of integrations, data modeling, security, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployment strategies
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver large-scale Salesforce implementations

Required Certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect
  • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Certification
  • Experience within banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field
