As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for defining the overall Salesforce ecosystem strategy and roadmap for our enterprise clients. You will lead solution architecture across multi-cloud implementations with a focus on Agentforce and Salesforce Data 360. This role requires strong business acumen, technical expertise, and the ability to align stakeholders around an enterprise-wide vision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic technology advisor for enterprise clients, driving adoption of Salesforce Agentforce and Data 360 within their broader architecture.
• Lead solution design for complex, multi-cloud programs, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Define integration strategy across Salesforce and external systems (ERP, data lakes, customer engagement platforms, etc.).
• Develop and govern architecture blueprints, reference models, and solution accelerators.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging AI, automation, and real-time customer data.
• Provide thought leadership around AI-driven contact centers, service automation, personalization, and customer 360 enablement.
• Mentor solution architects, consultants, and delivery teams in best practices around Salesforce multi-cloud delivery.
• Engage in pre-sales and client advisory conversations, shaping solution proposals and roadmaps.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT consulting experience with at least 6+ years in Salesforce solution design and delivery.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Salesforce Data 360, with hands-on experience leading implementations.
• Strong understanding of real-time data integration, identity resolution, segmentation, and AI-driven service automation.
• Proven success delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce programs across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds.
• Familiarity with modern integration approaches (MuleSoft, APIs, event-driven architectures, Kafka, etc.).
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and strategic advisory skills.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Data Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Specialist strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, manufacturing) with complex compliance requirements.
• Prior consulting experience with a Salesforce partner at enterprise scale.
• Knowledge of enterprise data platforms, AI/ML ecosystems, and customer engagement platforms.

Compensation

• $150,000-200,000 plus Bonus
