Description

Role: Salesforce Enterprise Architect
Location: San Diego, CA
Experience: 12-15 Years 
Job Type: FTE/CTH



What You'll Do: 
  • Design and lead enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds, ensuring they meet business objectives and technical standards.
  • Establish and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and governance models, while guiding technical teams through complex architectural decisions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical designs, and architect secure, scalable integrations with external platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, enforce security and compliance protocols, and ensure all Salesforce implementations are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Mentor developers, architects, and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and innovation across the Salesforce team
Expertise You'll Bring: 
  • 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 4 years in an architect role.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, data migration, and integration tools.
  • Strong understanding of security architecture and identity management.
  • Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
