Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: $50 - $56 per hour on W2/C2C

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to design and implement technology-enabled CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with business and IT stakeholders, defining system landscapes, identifying gaps between current and future states, and leading Salesforce implementations in client-facing environments.

Must-Have Skills

• Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certifications required.

• Financial Services Cloud (FSC) certification preferred.

• Banking and Financial Services domain experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM architecture and system landscape.

• Ability to identify gaps between current and desired future states and recommend practical CRM solutions.

• Working knowledge of data migration and system integration.

• Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions.

• Experience working as a Functional Lead, Workstream Lead, or similar leadership role.

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute quick Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate Salesforce solutions.

• Write user stories aligned with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud capabilities.

• Work hands-on with existing Salesforce implementations.

• Define and implement practical business solutions using Salesforce technology.

• Lead executive discovery sessions and understand business needs.

• Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements.

• Perform routine Salesforce administration functions.

• Create project documentation including:

  • Training materials

  • Communications

  • Release notes

  • User stories

  • Test scripts

  • Process flows

• Coordinate and actively participate in SIT and UAT.

• Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders throughout project delivery.

• Manage onsite/offshore coordination.

• Provide regular project progress and status reports.

• Develop and support testing and training strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 10+ years of professional experience.

• Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certifications required.

• FSC certification preferred.

• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
