Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Developer – LWC & Integrations for their Washington, DC/ Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
FSC Customization & Architecture: Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud data models, including Individual/Household accounts, financial accounts, goals, and life events.
Custom Development: Write clean, scalable code using Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
System Integrations: Build and maintain secure integrations with third-party financial systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or custom web services.
Process Automation: Streamline complex business operations using declarative tools like Salesforce Flows, approval processes, and custom validation rules.
Code Quality & Governance: Conduct code reviews, enforce coding and security best practices, and manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, GitHub Actions, Copado, SFDX).
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and financial advisors to translate business needs into technical designs.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years focused on Salesforce development, including at least 2+ years hands-on implementation and customization of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SOQL.
Integration Expertise: Proven record of connecting Salesforce with external enterprise applications via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Required)
Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional or Platform Developer II (Preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the banking, wealth management, or insurance sector.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and data security frameworks relevant to financial data (e.g., SOC2, GDPR, or GLBA).
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
