Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
sales, service certifications required
FSL(Field Service Lightning) certification preferred
Enhanced Scheduling and Optimization (ES&O) experience needed
Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution using FSL
working knowledge in data migration and integration
Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead, work-stream lead, etc)
Roles & Responsibilities
Execute quick POC
Hands on work on the existing salesforce implementation
Lead defining and practical business solutions based on Salesforce.com technology implementing; experience leading executive discovery sessions
Understand requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needs
Perform routine administration functions for Salesforce.com
Create documentation (e.g., training, communications, release notes, user stories, test scripts, process flows) associated with Saleforce projects
Actively co-ordinate and participate in SIT and UAT
Co-ordinate with business and IT stakeholders
Onsite-offshore co-ordination
Report regular progress on projects
Testing and training strategies
