The Opportunity Are you ready to use your Salesforce expertise to improve healthcare delivery? We are looking for a Salesforce Health Cloud Developer II to join a high-performing Agile team. In this role, you will design, code, and implement customizations within Salesforce Health Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with third-party vendors and critical government systems. This is a chance to move beyond basic admin work and dive deep into Apex, LWC, and complex system architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Health Cloud Optimization: Customize and scale Salesforce Health Cloud to meet evolving business needs and healthcare regulations.
Full-Stack Salesforce Development: Write clean, efficient code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
System Integration: Use Salesforce APIs (SOAP/REST) to connect multiple system interfaces and data integration services.
Agile Collaboration: Participate in all Scrum activities, from sprint planning to retrospectives, using Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles.
User-Centric Design: Collaborate with administrators and end-users to design intuitive UIs and workflows that streamline healthcare processes.
Required Qualifications
Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen capable of passing a Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Math, or Business with a programming focus.
Salesforce Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience specifically in Salesforce Health Cloud and 3+ years of general app development.
DevOps Savvy: 1+ years of experience with Salesforce DevOps toolsets and CI/CD practices.
Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with Flows, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Preferred Skills
Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I or II, App Builder).
Experience with OmniScript, Aura, or Einstein Analytics.
Background in government contracting or healthcare systems.
