We are seeking an experienced LeadSalesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions, implementing complex integrations, and translating business requirements into robust technical designs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Build advanced, reusable, and high-performance Salesforce components

Implement complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using:

REST APIs

SOAP APIs

Middleware platforms

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture

Design and maintain Salesforce data models and application frameworks

Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits, security standards, and best practices

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions

Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment activities

Support application enhancements and production issue resolution

Required Experience

7 12 years of Salesforce development experience

Strong hands-on expertise in:

Apex Development

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Sales Cloud

Service Cloud

Salesforce Integrations

Experience with API development and third-party system integrations

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and data modeling

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer Certifications

Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce deployment tools

Exposure to enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
