Detailed Job Description:
Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Lead Developer with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, and Flows, and proven experience in Copado DevOps.
Experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Salesforce solution design, architecture, and development
• Provide hands-on expertise in:
o Apex (advanced development)
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o Flows (complex automation & orchestration)
• Design and implement Copado-based CI/CD pipelines
• Define branching strategies, release governance, and quality gates
• Conduct DevOps assessments and recommend transformation roadmaps
• Drive environment strategy, deployment automation, and compliance
• Lead client workshops and executive presentations
• Mentor teams and enforce engineering best practices

Required Skills & Experience
• 8–10+ years in Salesforce with lead experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, and Flows (mandatory)
• 2+ years of Copado DevOps experience
• Experience with CI/CD, Git-based version control, and release management
• Proven experience in DevOps consulting and assessment
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and integrations
• Salesforce Certification in PD2 is required.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Salesforce certifications (Architect track preferred)
• Exposure to SFDX, unlocked packages, and automated testing tools
