Job Summary (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect)

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation experience
- At least 1 year working in a consulting agency, systems integrator, or managed services environment
- Expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions in client-facing settings
- Strong development experience with AMPscript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)
- Proficient in SQL, with ability to create complex queries for segmentation, automation, and data management
- Skilled in building customer journeys, Automation Studio workflows, CloudPages, and subscriber management solutions
- Experienced in designing Marketing Cloud data models, Contact Builder architecture, and Business Unit configurations
- Capable of integrating Marketing Cloud with external systems through APIs, SFTP, or other methods
- Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting technical recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience supporting healthcare organizations or knowledge of healthcare workflows, patient engagement, or healthcare marketing
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and challenge assumptions when appropriate
- Must hold at least one Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (Consultant, Developer, Administrator, or Specialist)
