  • Partner cross-functionally with program managers, stakeholders, and developers to align on technical requirements and successful execution

  • Work across a multi-cloud Salesforce environment including Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, Datorama, Evergage, and Attentive

  • Support reporting and automation frameworks across business stakeholders utilizing platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Cloud, and Datorama

  • Provide production support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and deployment of enhancements and fixes

  • Identify opportunities to improve scalability, automation efficiency, and overall platform performance

  • Contribute within an Agile development environment and support technical best practices across the team

  • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks

  • Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
