Product Owner

Duration: 3+ months
Location: On-site 3-4 days/week in Carmel, IN
 
The Product Owner will lead discovery for ideas and opportunities entering through the intake process. This role develops discovery plans, researches opportunities, interviews stakeholders, shapes solutions, and builds business value propositions before transitioning approved initiatives to architecture and implementation teams.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of dedicated Product Owner experience
• Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) tool experience
• Salesforce Service Cloud product roadmap management experience
