Role Summary
The Salesforce Product Owner/Product Manager will be responsible for product planning, roadmap execution, and delivery throughout the product lifecycle. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, administrators, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CRM strategy, roadmap planning, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement. The individual will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Develop and execute a multi-year Salesforce product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Define product vision, strategy, and priorities for Salesforce FSC and related Salesforce platforms.
• Balance business priorities, technical debt, compliance requirements, and platform enhancements.
• Maintain and prioritize a value-driven product backlog.
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder meetings and workshops.
• Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for Salesforce-driven process improvements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare BRDs, Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), SRS documents, use cases, and process flow documentation.
Solution Design & Delivery
• Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, and administrators to design scalable solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with CRM strategy, platform governance, and architecture standards.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile delivery processes.
• Coordinate onsite-offshore teams during development, testing, deployment, and release activities.
Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder review meetings.
• Obtain stakeholder approvals and sign-offs for requirements and solution documents.
• Present recommendations and solution approaches to business leadership.
Testing & Adoption
• Support test planning and test case creation.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Facilitate issue resolution during testing cycles.
• Deliver end-user training and adoption programs.
• Create training materials and user documentation.
Continuous Improvement
• Monitor Salesforce platform utilization and performance.
• Recommend enhancements and process improvements.
• Stay informed on Salesforce releases, product updates, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Product Owner/Product Manager.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Hands-on experience with CRM roadmap planning and Salesforce implementations.
• Proven expertise in preparing BRDs, SRS, Functional Specifications, Gap Analysis, and Solution Design Documents.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
