  • Partner with business, technology, and operations stakeholders to drive requirements, delivery, and adoption.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release planning, change management, and user enablement activities.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Product Manager delivering enterprise applications.
  • Proven experience owning product vision, roadmap, and backlog prioritization in Agile/SAFe environments.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience, with an understanding of administrative functions like setting up users and profiles.
  • Experience gathering requirements for Salesforce applications, APIs, integrations, and microservices.
  • Healthcare payer experience supporting Commercial, Medicare, and/or Medicaid business processes, including claims or case management.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong Salesforce Health Cloud experience is required.
  • Working knowledge of API-based integrations, microservices, and enterprise architecture patterns.
  • Understanding of workflow automation, business rules, and case management solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, developers, and integration teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An active Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable.
