Title: Salesforce QA Tester
Locations:3275 Bennett Creek Ave, Frederick, MD 21704. Onsite 5 days a week
Duration: 6 Months
Salary Range: $45 - $53/Hour on W2 (All inclusive)
Introduction
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA professional with strong experience in testing Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations and CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure quality and reliability across Salesforce configurations, integrations, and customizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of QA experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Hands-on experience testing CTI integrations
- Familiarity with Salesforce declarative features and data model
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with QA Automation tools
- Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant certification
- Experience with Jira or similar defect tracking tools
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud features and CTI integrations.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or similar.
