Job Description
Salesforce QA Tester (Sales Cloud & CTI)

  • Technical Skills
    • 3+ years of QA experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
    • Hands-on experience testing CTI integrations
    • Familiarity with Salesforce declarative features and data model.
    • Experience with QA Automation tools is a plus.
  • Certifications (Preferred)
    • Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Testing & Quality Assurance
    • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud features and CTI integrations.
    • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
    • Validate workflows, automation, and security settings within Salesforce.
    • Test CTI functionality including call routing, screen pops, and softphone integration.
  • Defect Management
    • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or similar.
    • Collaborate with developers and admins to resolve issues promptly.
  • Business Process Validation
    • Ensure Salesforce configurations align with business requirements.
    • Validate data integrity and system performance post-deployment.
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain detailed test documentation and provide regular QA status reports.
    • Create and update test cases for new features and enhancements.
