Job Description

Salesforce QA Tester (Sales Cloud & CTI)

 

•              Technical Skills

o             3+ years of QA experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

o             Hands-on experience testing CTI integrations 

o             Familiarity with Salesforce declarative features and data model.

o             Experience with QA Automation tools is a plus.

•              Certifications (Preferred)

o             Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

•              Testing & Quality Assurance

o             Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud features and CTI integrations.

o             Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.

o             Validate workflows, automation, and security settings within Salesforce.

o             Test CTI functionality including call routing, screen pops, and softphone integration.

•              Defect Management

o             Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or similar.

o             Collaborate with developers and admins to resolve issues promptly.

•              Business Process Validation

o             Ensure Salesforce configurations align with business requirements.

o             Validate data integrity and system performance post-deployment.

•              Documentation & Reporting

o             Maintain detailed test documentation and provide regular QA status reports.

o             Create and update test cases for new features and enhancements.
