Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Analysis: Perform detailed analysis and design Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions that align with business objectives and technical standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales, GTM, Product, and Engineering teams to gather requirements, define business processes, and develop IT solutions.
• Requirements & User Stories: Define detailed business requirements, write user stories, and translate them into actionable product features.
• Business Process Optimization: Identify, document, and analyze existing business processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Data Migration: Work with CPQ object models and related object structures to ensure accurate and efficient data migration.
• Project Management: Drive complex projects from ideation through implementation and launch, ensuring timely delivery.
• Testing & Validation: Develop test plans and conduct necessary tests to confirm design requirements and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in RCA (Revenue Cloud Advanced) solution architecture and business analysis.
• Hands-on experience building solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Strong understanding of other Salesforce Clouds (sales, service, experience cloud)
• Experience in building solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Knowledge of integration patterns and data migration strategies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven track record of leading successful product launches
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with AI-driven solutions is a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Required Experience

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Solution Architect or Business Systems Analyst in the CPQ / Quote-to-Cash domain
• Hands-on experience with RCA (Revenue Cloud Advanced)
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of skills and experience
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

Compensation

• $130,000-170,000 plus Bonus
