Overview We are seeking a Salesforce Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across our Salesforce services portfolio. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role focused on winning new clients, expanding existing accounts, and co-selling with Salesforce account teams to build a strong, partner-driven pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Own and exceed an individual revenue quota for Salesforce services
Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise clients
Expand existing accounts by identifying new Salesforce, data, and AI opportunities
Drive full enterprise sales cycles with senior and C-level stakeholders
Partner with Salesforce Account Executives to source and close co-sell opportunities
Work with solution architects and delivery teams to shape proposals, SOWs, and pricing
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce CRM
Qualifications
10+ years of IT services or consulting sales experience
5+ years selling Salesforce services, or Salesforce products as an Account Executive
Consistent record of meeting or exceeding an individual quota
Proven success winning new logos and growing enterprise accounts
Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce
Established relationships with Salesforce account teams are a plus
