    Salesforce Senior Technical Lead – Manufacturing Cloud

    Location: Houston, TX Experience: 10–15+ years overall | 7+ years Salesforce Employment Type: Onshore

    Role Summary

    The Salesforce Senior Technical Lead will provide hands-on technical leadership and delivery ownership for Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud–based initiatives. This role is responsible for guiding solution implementation, managing technical dependencies across internal and external teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud solutions, including data models, flows, integrations, and custom components.
    • Act as the primary technical owner across Manufacturing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and related Salesforce modules.
    • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce designs.
    • Own technical planning, sprint execution, code quality, and release readiness.
    • Coordinate and manage dependencies with external teams (upstream/downstream systems, vendors, platform teams).
    • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for Salesforce developers.
    • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines.
    • Support stakeholder discussions with clear articulation of technical trade-offs and delivery risks.
    Required Skills & Experience
    • 10–15+ years overall IT experience, with strong Salesforce platform depth.
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud (sales agreements, forecasting, volume-based pricing).
    • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations.
    • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP / Order Management / Pricing systems.
    • Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-team dependencies.
    • Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
    • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer, or Manufacturing Cloud) preferred.
