Key skills and Experience required
Strong hands-on development experience within Salesforce Service Cloud
Solid coding ability using Apex and Lightning Web Components
Experience configuring core Service Cloud features (cases, workflows, service console)
Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via APIs
Good understanding of data structures and platform architecture within Salesforce
Experience building and optimizing automation using Flow
