Lead the technical design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions using Salesforce best practices.
Oversee and guide a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
Design and implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex.
Implement features like Case Management, Knowledge Articles, Live Agent, Omni-Channel, and Service Console.
Develop custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Ensure code quality through peer code reviews, CI/CD pipeline usage, and test coverage.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), or third-party tools.
Work closely with QA, Product Owners, and Business Analysts during Agile development cycles.
Provide level 3 technical support and guidance on Service Cloud features and limitations.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years focused on Service Cloud.
Proven experience in leading technical Salesforce teams.
Strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with Omni-Channel, Live Agent, Chatbots, and Case Escalation.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and data model.
Knowledge of DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Bitbucket pipelines.
Salesforce Certifications preferred:
