Akkodis is seeking a Salesforce Support Engineer for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate with experience supporting, administering, and enhancing Salesforce CRM applications to ensure system reliability, performance, and user adoption.

Rate Range: $47/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Salesforce Support Engineer Job Responsibilities include:

• Administer and support Salesforce CRM environments, ensuring system availability, performance, and reliable day-to-day operations.

• Manage Salesforce configuration activities, including user setup, roles, profiles, security settings, territory management, and page layouts.

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions such as Apex triggers, custom objects, Lightning Flows, and workflow enhancements.

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data management processes to support business reporting and operational requirements.

• Support and troubleshoot Salesforce integrations with third-party applications while tracking incidents and requests through ServiceNow.

• Develop technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and recommend Salesforce enhancements based on evolving business and technology needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field.

• 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce Administration, CRM Support, and Salesforce application development.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Administration, Apex development, Lightning Flows, custom objects, security configuration, and Salesforce CRM customization.

• Experience supporting Salesforce integrations, data management, reporting and dashboards, incident management, and day-to-day Salesforce platform operations.

Pay Details: $47.00 to $49.00 per hour
