ideal for a professional experienced in gathering business requirements,
managing Salesforce implementations, and handling complex data -related
initiatives. Experience or interest in AI -driven agent platforms like
AgentForce<\/b> is a strong plus.<\/span><\/p>

Requirements<\/h3>
Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather,
analyze, and document business requirements.<\/span>
<\/li> - Translate business needs into functional
specifications and configure Salesforce accordingly.<\/span>
<\/li> - Serve as a liaison between business users and
technical teams to ensure successful system implementations and
enhancements.<\/span>
<\/li> - Work with large datasets—perform data mapping,
data migration, validation, and integration within Salesforce.<\/span>
<\/li> - Support end -to -end Salesforce implementations
and feature rollouts.<\/span>
<\/li> - Manage Salesforce user roles, profiles,
permissions, page layouts, and workflows.<\/span>
<\/li> - Identify areas for system improvement and
provide recommendations aligned with business goals.<\/span>
<\/li> - Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues and
data discrepancies.<\/span>
<\/li> - Engage with cross -functional teams including
developers, QA, and product managers.<\/span>

Nice to Have:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Exposure to or working knowledge of AgentForce<\/b>,
Salesforce AI/Einstein, or similar AI -based agent platforms.<\/span>
<\/li> - Understanding of AI integration in CRM
platforms or digital engagement tools.<\/span>
<\/li> - Salesforce certifications (Administrator,
Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder).<\/span>

Qualifications:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
Information Systems, Business, or related field.<\/span>
<\/li> - 13–17 years of experience as a Salesforce
Analyst or System Analyst.<\/span>
<\/li> - Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning,
Salesforce CRM, and Salesforce Admin tasks.<\/span>
<\/li> - Strong analytical, organizational, and
communication skills.<\/span>
<\/li> - Experience in working with Agile/Scrum teams.<\/span>
