Job Summary
Seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in architecting enterprise-grade CRM solutions, guiding development teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms
  • Define technical architecture, integration patterns, and data models
  • Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), and APIs
  • Architect integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP, middleware, and event-driven approaches
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, security, and compliance standards
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and system optimization
  • Drive CI/CD, DevOps practices, and release management processes
Required Skills
  • Strong experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect / Solution Architect
  • Deep expertise in:
    • Apex, Visualforce
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Salesforce APIs and integrations
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform architecture
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, security (profiles, roles, sharing rules)
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
