Required Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and solution delivery in enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Workflows, Triggers, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and system integration.
Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
Background in technical pre-sales, solution design, and client presentations.
Demonstrated leadership in guiding development teams and mentoring junior engineers.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (required).
Preferred Skills
Experience in the financial services/investment management domain.
Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud or related marketing technologies.
