    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team in Naperville, IL. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with the ability to align business processes with the force.com platform. This role involves full-cycle development responsibilities including system architecture, solution design, development, implementation, and support of Salesforce solutions.

    You will serve as a Salesforce platform expert, mentor the development team, and drive the adoption of best practices, design standards, and scalable development strategies across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Architect, design, develop, and support solutions on Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Lightning).
    • Lead technical design sessions and develop technical solution documentation aligned to business objectives.
    • Guide and mentor a team of developers; enforce coding standards and conduct code reviews.
    • Develop Apex classes, triggers, and maintain Visualforce pages to meet business requirements.
    • Build custom UIs using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
    • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Salesforce APIs, Azure Data Factory, PowerBI, AMS/MDM tools, etc.
    • Collaborate closely with system administrators and business stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and alignment with organizational needs.
    • Provide leadership for both onshore and offshore development teams.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including solution design, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides.
    • Stay up to date on Salesforce best practices, new features, and AppExchange offerings that enhance system functionality.
    • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing systems and codebases.

    Must-Have Skills:

    • Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer.
    • Strong expertise with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
    • In-depth understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, security models, and governor limits.
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations.
    • Integration experience with systems like Azure Data Factory, PowerBI, and AMS/MDM solutions.
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and CI/CD tools.
    • Ability to define and enforce design patterns, best practices, and development standards.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead technical discussions and code reviews.

    Nice-to-Have:

    • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Architect, etc.).
    • Experience with AppExchange products and evaluating third-party solutions.
    • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and broader CRM ecosystems.
