Job Summary: We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to design and implement robust Salesforce-based solutions tailored to complex business requirements. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across Salesforce products and a strong ability to develop, integrate, and deploy high-performing enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze technical and functional requirements.
  • Design scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions that align with industry best practices.
  • Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce-based applications and integrations.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to technical standards.
  • Support testing, debugging, and resolution of issues in the development and deployment process.
  • Guide release management, source control, and continuous integration/delivery processes.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce products including CRM, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
  • Advanced expertise in Salesforce development: Apex (custom objects, classes, triggers, web services), Visualforce, declarative tools, workflows, reports, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with external/internal systems using web APIs and tools like MuleSoft.
  • Strong command of Release Management and CI/CD tools including ANT, Salesforce Metadata API, GitLab, and pipeline automation.
  • Familiarity with web technologies: JavaScript, Ajax, SOAP, HTTP, JS Remoting, AngularJS, CSS, and Bootstrap.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Salesforce Architect Certifications in:
    • Development Lifecycle and Deployment
    • Integration Architecture
    • Data Architecture and Management
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with 3+ years in an architect or lead developer role.
