Job Description

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead / Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations with expertise in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 7+ years of Salesforce architecture and development experience.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams of 5 or more FTEs.
  • Experience designing enterprise solutions supporting:
    • 3K-5K+ internal users
    • 300K - 400K- external registered users
    • 5-6 million+ data records
  • Strong experience designing multi-tier, highly available architectures utilizing clustering, load balancing, scalability, and disaster recovery principles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform Developer, Architect, or CTA).
  • Experience working with State Government or large Public Sector organizations.
  • Experience implementing large-scale citizen/customer portals.
  • Experience with Salesforce license management and platform optimization.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
