Job Title : Salesforce Technical Lead
Location  : Whippany, NJ (Local only)
Duration  : 6 months + possible extension
Rate Range: $35 - $50/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)

 Introduction

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Salesforce Technical initiatives, specifically focusing on Financial Services Cloud (FSC). This role involves managing complex Salesforce implementations and providing technical leadership to drive our business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Total IT Experience: 10 years
• Salesforce Experience: 10 years
• Strong experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) data model and domain processes
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow, REST/SOAP APIs
• Minimum of 1 complex data migration (i.e., ETL efforts) experience
• Global delivery model experience
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., Informatica Cloud)
• Participation in each phase of Salesforce.com projects (e.g., requirements gathering, planning-analysis-design, architect-build-deploy, support)
• Minimum 5 years of development experience on the Salesforce platform
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading Enterprise Salesforce implementation with over 300 users and integration with enterprise applications like Oracle, SAP, etc.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Certified Salesforce Advanced Developer
• Certified Application Architect - Preferred
• Certified System Architect - Preferred

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for Salesforce FSC implementations, including data model, security, scalability, and integrations
• Design FSC solutions covering Client 360, Financial Accounts, Goals, relationships, and industry-specific processes
• Lead and own all technical aspects of Salesforce.com implementations and/or customizations including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development
• Manage development teams using Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions
• Provide technical leadership, setting best practices (e.g., integration and application development, deployment, testing, iterative refinement)
• Identify ways to utilize SFDC to improve business processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
• Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code
• CICD/Release Management
• Identification of risks and issues from a technical perspective
• Change Control/Change Management
