Salesforce Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Architecture, Salesforce projects, and Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with program management and stakeholder management skills to drive critical Salesforce initiatives from planning through implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-functional technical programs involving multiple inter-related projects.
• Drive end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, communication, and implementation.
• Collaborate with Business, Engineering, Architecture, and Product teams to design and launch new Salesforce capabilities.
• Coordinate launch planning and synchronize milestones, dependencies, and timelines across multiple teams.
• Identify technical bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies and develop effective mitigation and resolution plans.
• Manage issue escalations and help teams balance business requirements with technical constraints.
• Develop and implement scalable processes, mechanisms, KPIs, and metrics for large-scale programs.
• Influence both short-term and long-term product and technical strategy.
• Manage the Salesforce intake queue, prioritizing and triaging requests and ensuring work is appropriately assigned and tracked.
• Act as a hands-on technical problem solver while ensuring successful program execution and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Architecture and Design.
• Proven experience working on Salesforce projects.
• Strong working experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Strong Technical Program Management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex technical programs.
• Strong understanding of risk management, dependency management, issue resolution, and project delivery.
• Strong process optimization and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical challenges and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
