Sales Representative

Compensation
- $1,500/week for the first 3 months + commission
- Commission-only structure after 3 months
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive new business and close deals. This role focuses on generating leads, managing the sales process, and maintaining strong follow-up to convert opportunities into sales while ensuring healthy profit margins.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calls, emails, and outreach
- Conduct follow-up calls and maintain consistent communication with prospects
- Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients
- Visit sites to assess needs and gather information for quotes and estimates
- Follow up on quotes to close deals (quotes are prepared by the office)
- Manage and track sales activity to meet and exceed targets
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person meetings
- Self-motivated with a drive to close deals
- Ability to manage follow-ups and stay organized
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
