Be a go-getter! Make a positive first impressionConnect Constantly circulate the sales floor and greet customers in a timely manner. Avoid "grouping" or other behaviors that prevent effective greetingsBe the Expert Know your customers, know your products - find the perfect fitMaintain a good working knowledge of system functionality and enhancements for faster and more efficient order processingManage Identify and resolve all post-order problems quickly and efficiently. Partner with other sales staff or customer care teams whenever necessary to ensure prompt and thorough problem resolution
