We are looking for an ambitious Salesperson to join our growing team in Marianna, FL. If you’re goal-driven, customer-focused, and ready to grow your career, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment.
- Sell new and used equipment including tractors, lawn mowers, excavators, skid steers, and more.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales goals, preferably in agriculture or construction equipment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Kubota equipment and applications is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
