We are seeking an individual who understands that selling roofing and windows is a skill that homeowners value.  You'll combine your understanding of the roofing industry with the talent to guide clients through the purchasing and decision making processes.  And you'll thrive in all types of roofing solutions –  including residential, commercial, retail and insurance.

As a Salesperson, you'll be a key player at our fast growing roofing company. 

Key Responsibilities:

• We'll provide the leads, you follow the sales process to convert them
• Project management
• Full cycle sales
• Guiding prospects through the Four Leaf Sales process – including prospect and client meetings, creating estimates, sending estimates within correct time frames, and following up with clients through the signing process
• Ability to use Acculinx CRM preferred
• Measuring your results according to the Four Leaf Lead Management System
• Prospecting using co-created lead strategies

You'll have 2+ years of roofing sales experience, and be responsible for following our sales process from our Four Leaf Roofing and Windows office in New Berlin.
