Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment.
Sell new and used equipment including tractors, lawn mowers, excavators, skid steers, and more.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales goals, preferably in agriculture or construction equipment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Kubota equipment and applications is preferred.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
