Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and energetic Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy salon. The ideal candidate is organized, team-oriented, experienced in salon leadership, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service and high-quality salon standards.
As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, supervising staff, managing schedules, maintaining salon operations, and helping grow the business.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily salon operations
Hire, train, coach, and supervise stylists
Create and manage employee schedules
Order products and maintain inventory levels
Ensure equipment is properly maintained and operating efficiently
Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism
Follow all health and safety regulations
Support team performance and salon growth
Qualifications
Active California Cosmetology License required
Previous salon management experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Extensive knowledge of salon services, products, and retail sales
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Professional, reliable, and customer-service oriented
