Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and energetic Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy salon. The ideal candidate is organized, team-oriented, experienced in salon leadership, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service and high-quality salon standards.

As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, supervising staff, managing schedules, maintaining salon operations, and helping grow the business.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily salon operations
  • Hire, train, coach, and supervise stylists
  • Create and manage employee schedules
  • Order products and maintain inventory levels
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained and operating efficiently

Qualifications

  • Active California Cosmetology License required
  • Previous salon management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
