Sport Clips Haircuts in Matthews (across from Publix within McKee Farms at Weddington Road and I-485) is hiring a Coordinator to help deliver an outstanding client experience and support the daily operations of our store.

This position is ideal for someone currently enrolled in cosmetology or barber school, or for licensed professionals looking to grow in the beauty industry. We train and prepare our Coordinators to become hair stylists once graduated.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming experience
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling and client questions
• Support front desk operations and process payments
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area
• Assist with retail sales and product recommendations
• Help with salon cleanliness, laundry, sanitation, and stocking
• Support local marketing and social media efforts
• Work closely with the salon team to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in cosmetology or barber school OR hold an active cosmetology/barber license
