Committed to professional growth, the Salon Manager actively pursues ongoing education to refine skills and stay current on industry techniques, trends, products, and services, with access to both in-house
learning and external trainings with industry leaders. This is an exempt position, with quarterly bonus eligibility.
What you will do
continuously teaching and developing. Champion adoption and optimization of store systems and processes, ensuring salon embraces selling tools, social media, and digital devices to execute successful promotions, special events, and
customer outreach.
