Drybar Charlottesville is hiring a hands-on Salon Manager to lead our established shop. You'll spend most of your day behind the chair while coaching your team, creating exceptional guest experiences, and helping drive the success of the business.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional Drybar services
• Coach and develop your team
• Lead daily shop operations
• Help drive memberships, retail, and guest loyalty
• Create a positive, high-performing culture

What We're Looking For

• Active cosmetology license
• Leadership experience—or the desire to grow into a leadership role
• A positive, accountable leader who enjoys developing others
• Passion for both beautiful hair and exceptional guest service

You'll Have Support

Leadership doesn't happen alone. You'll partner with a Shop Educator, Client Relations Manager, District Manager, and experienced leadership team who are invested in your success.

Compensation & Benefits

Expected annual earnings: $58,000–$68,000+, including hourly pay, tips, commissions, and leadership bonuses.
