We''re looking for a Salon Manager who''s a team player, passionate about the beauty industry, and excited to grow with us.

What You''ll Do

• Lead, inspire, and coach a team of talented stylists.
• Deliver our signature 5-Star Client Experience, built around Convenience, Connection, and Care.
• Build client loyalty through exceptional service and strong relationships.
• Recruit, develop, and retain great stylists while helping build talent across our salon network.
• Drive salon growth through goal setting, scheduling, and sound business management.
• Lead by example, both behind the chair and as part of our Leadership Team.

Competitive Compensation & Benefits

• $30-$45/hour total earning opportunity, including hourly pay, service and retail commissions, tips, and performance bonuses
• Signing bonus up to $1,000 available!

What We''re Looking For

• Current Connecticut Cosmetology or Barber License
• Strong technical skills and a passion for outstanding client experiences

• A positive, team-first attitude and a desire to grow professionally
• Strong communication, organization, and business skills
