THE ROLE
As Salon Manager at our Temecula location, you are the leader of the floor. You set the tone, hold the team accountable, and ensure every client has a consistent, exceptional experience. You report directly to the District Manager and are supported by a full operational system, you are not left to figure it out alone.

Real Compensation — Most salon manager roles top out at hourly pay. Ours includes tips, a 401(k), and a quarterly performance bonus on top of a competitive base wage.
Real Growth — We are building toward multiple locations. Managers who perform will have opportunities to grow as the company grows, including District Manager level roles.
