WHAT YOU'LL EARN

  • Base pay (To Start): $46,000+ annually
  • Tips: $17,600+ annually (based on team average)
  • Quarterly performance bonus: up to $7,000 annually
  • Total earning potential: $60,000–$70,000+ per year

THE ROLE

As Salon Manager at our Temecula location, you are the leader of the floor. You set the tone, hold the team accountable, and ensure every client has a consistent, exceptional experience. You report directly to the District Manager and are supported by a full operational system, you are not left to figure it out alone.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage a team of stylists and salon assistants
  • Drive location revenue, rebooking rates, and retail performance
  • Hold daily and weekly team accountability using our performance framework
  • Oversee client experience from greeting to checkout
  • Participate in weekly operations calls with the District Manager
  • Complete monthly performance check-ins with each team member
  • Manage scheduling, product inventory, and daily salon operations
  • Help recruit and onboard new stylists as the team grows

  • 2+ years of experience in a salon environment (management or senior stylist level)
  • A track record of holding yourself and others accountable to results
  • Comfort having direct, coaching conversations with team members

  • A client-first mindset that sets the standard for the whole floor
  • Coachable and systems-oriented — you adopt the playbook and improve it
