Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
Customer service oriented
Results-oriented, metrics-driven, goal-driven
Sales and Customer service experience a must/membership sales is a plus
Computer skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to make inbound and outbound calls
Must be OUTGOING, POSITIVE, CHEERFUL, ENGAGING, ENERGETIC, RESOURCEFUL, and RELIABLE
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
Must be able to work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends a must, and when other employees call out
Mindbody Salon Software experience a plus
