What You'll Accomplish
First 30 Days
- Learn our culture, standards and operational systems.
- Build relationships with every department.
- Become a visible leader on the salon and spa floor.
- Review key performance indicators and operational opportunities.
Within 90 Days
- Evaluate operational efficiencies across all departments.
- Strengthen scheduling, communication and accountability systems.
- Coach managers and service providers to improve guest experience, productivity and retail performance.
- Implement operational improvements that support team success.
Within One Year
- Help drive continued revenue growth while maintaining our luxury standards.
- Improve team engagement, guest satisfaction and operational consistency.
- Develop future leaders within the organization.
- Ensure Robert Andrew continues to set the standard for exceptional guest experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily salon and spa operations with confidence and professionalism.
- Spend approximately 80% of your day actively on the floor supporting guests and team members.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization and presentation throughout the facility.
- Coach, mentor and develop service providers, guest relations and department leaders.
- Monitor KPIs including productivity, retention, retail sales, pre-booking, guest satisfaction and payroll.
- Manage schedules, staffing levels and operational efficiency.
- Oversee inventory, ordering and vendor relationships.
- Ensure company policies and SOPs are consistently followed.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care.
- Conduct accountability conversations promptly, respectfully and effectively.
- Collaborate closely with ownership to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.

Experience We're Looking For
- 5+ years of leadership or operations management experience
- Salon, spa, hospitality, luxury retail or service industry management preferred
- Experience managing multiple departments and large teams
- Strong financial acumen including budgets, payroll and KPIs
- Experience creating and implementing systems and operational procedures
- Proven ability to lead through coaching, accountability and positive culture
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning salon software
