Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional guest relations from arrival to departure
  • Take accurate orders using POS systems
  • Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
  • Manage table cleanliness by bussing and resetting tables efficiently during service shifts
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, and processing payments through POS systems
  • Maintain food safety standards by adhering to sanitation protocols, food handling practices, and kitchen safety
  • Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff
  • Support bar operations

Experience-Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but will train the right candidate

  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and handle guest relations professionally
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
  • Demonstrate ability to manage time effectively in busy environments while maintaining attention to detail
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction management are required
