About the Role:
Join the team at Salsa Brava—one of Flagstaff’s busiest restaurants. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking cooks who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in consistency, teamwork, and execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and execute menu items to Salsa Brava standards
- Work stations including grill, fry, garnish, and prep as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workspace
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Support the team with prep, side work, and shift responsibilities
