Our client is seeking an experienced Salvagnini Panel Bender Operator/Programmer to join a growing precision fabrication team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys advanced CNC equipment, programming, troubleshooting, and producing high-quality sheet metal components in a modern manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Program Salvagnini P2 panel benders from scratch
Set up and operate automated panel bending equipment
Read engineering drawings and CAD files
Optimize bend sequences for efficient production
Troubleshoot machine alarms and sensor issues
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
Perform routine machine maintenance and adjustments
Mentor less experienced machine operators
Qualifications
2-5+ years of Salvagnini P2 operating/programming experience
Experience programming from scratch
STREAMBEND software experience preferred
Strong blueprint reading skills
Experience with sheet metal fabrication and precision measurement
